Team need Lemaire

Lemaire's back to the New Jersey Devils will be undoubtedly good for the team.Lemaire will try to overcome the popular belief that he is so defense-oriented his team will not get enough scores and will be boring to watch.

Dowd believed that Lemaire is confident enough in his abilities,he can be trusted without doubts."He knows what he wants and he's not second-guessing himself," Dowd said. "He has a plan and he executes it. Look at his reputation, what he's accomplished. When someone like that comes along, you listen."

It is Lemaire's second time around with the Devils, It is believed that there's enough time for him and many changes that will feel like new for him.
